FORECLOSURE, BANKRUPTCY AND CREDITORS' RIGHTS
The firm's bankruptcy practice is oriented primarily to representation of
the creditor dealing with a reorganizing debtor. This includes the
negotiations, transactions and, if necessary, litigation with the debtor.
Representation is provided in all phases of reorganization: pre-petition,
post-petition, out-of-court arrangements, consumer and business. The firm's
foreclosure practice consists of representing lenders in commercial and
residential foreclosures and related actions.
