Currently, Sumner & Associates, P.C. handles over Collection Receivables. The standard rate charged in all collection cases is thirty three (33%) percent of the amount collected. If we fail to collect, no fees are owed! Court costs such as filing fees and service of process are paid by the client.                                     FORECLOSURE, BANKRUPTCY AND CREDITORS' RIGHTS

The firm's bankruptcy practice is oriented primarily to representation of the creditor dealing with a reorganizing debtor. This includes the negotiations, transactions and, if necessary, litigation with the debtor. Representation is provided in all phases of reorganization: pre-petition, post-petition, out-of-court arrangements, consumer and business. The firm's foreclosure practice consists of representing lenders in commercial and residential foreclosures and related actions.
